• -The offline-first teacher app stores data locally on your device and syncs securely when connected.

4. Student Data & Children's Privacy

• -Student data is entered and managed by the teacher or school administrator.
• -Students access their portal via OTP (one-time password) sent to their registered phone number, no password required.
• -We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 without parental consent.
• -Student data is used only within the context of the registered class or school.

5. SMS Notifications

• -SMS notifications are sent via our partner text.lk.
• -SMS messages are used only for class reminders, fee alerts, and exam result notifications.
• -Phone numbers used for SMS are those provided by the teacher or administrator.
• -Recipients can request to be removed from SMS notifications by contacting their teacher or hello@easyclz.com.

6. Your Rights

• -Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• -Request correction of inaccurate data.
• -Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• -Withdraw consent for SMS communications.
