4. Student Data & Children's Privacy

• —Student data is entered and managed by the teacher or school administrator.
• —Students access their portal via OTP (one-time password) sent to their registered phone number — no password required.
• —We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 without parental consent.
• —Student data is used only within the context of the registered class or school.

5. SMS Notifications

• —SMS notifications are sent via our partner text.lk.
• —SMS messages are used only for class reminders, fee alerts, and exam result notifications.
• —Phone numbers used for SMS are those provided by the teacher or administrator.
• —Recipients can request to be removed from SMS notifications by contacting their teacher or hello@easyclz.com.
