Extra Classes

Extra Classes let teachers and assistants run a one-off extra or revision session outside the regular monthly class. Each extra class has its own date, time, and location, and you decide how it is charged — make it free, charge the normal class fee, or set a custom amount, with free-card students kept free automatically. Mark who attended and collect payment for just that session, and every student is notified by SMS and in the class chat. Extra classes are kept completely separate from your monthly attendance and fees, so your regular reports are never affected.
